JKBOPEE Releases Revised Provisional Merit List/Result for Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing CET 2025
The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (JKBOPEE) has released the Revised Provisional Merit List/Result for the Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted for admission to the Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing Course for the year 2025. The entrance test was conducted on 17th May 2025 at various centers in Srinagar and Jammu. This revised list was officially published through Notification No. 061-BOPEE of 2025, dated 17th June 2025.
This latest notification supersedes the earlier Notification No. 054-BOPEE of 2025 dated 5th June 2025. The revision primarily concerns corrections in candidate details such as names, parentage, date of birth, category, sub-category, and gender. These changes were made following representations received from candidates who were listed in the earlier Provisional Merit List for the Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing course. All modifications are based solely on personal and category-related information and do not affect the scores or ranks of the candidates.
JKBOPEE has clarified that the revised list has been issued in response to genuine requests from candidates pointing out errors in their personal details. However, the academic performance of the candidates, including score and rank, remains unchanged from the previous notification. The revised list, along with the corrected Annexure “A”, is available exclusively on the official website of JKBOPEE at www.jkbopee.gov.in.
Candidates are advised to carefully go through the updated details and verify the correctness of the information provided. If any discrepancies still persist, they can be rectified as and when detected or as deemed necessary by the Board. JKBOPEE has reiterated that corrections related to name, parentage, date of birth, category, sub-category, and gender can be addressed through proper representation.
It is important to note that all other terms and conditions mentioned in the previous notifications regarding the entrance test and admission process remain valid. This update only affects the personal information of the applicants and has no bearing on the merit or eligibility criteria.

The Controller of Examinations, Prof. Gurvinder Raj Verma, has signed off on this notification, ensuring its authenticity and compliance with BOPEE procedures. The notification has also been copied to various senior government officials including the Chief Secretary and Principal Secretaries of the Union Territories of J&K and Ladakh, as well as relevant departments handling higher education and medical education.
