JK Higher Education Admission 2025-26: Four-Year UG & Integrated PG Programs – Check Dates, Process
The Directorate of Colleges, Higher Education Department, Government of Jammu and Kashmir has officially released the admission notification for Four-Year Undergraduate Programs (FYUGP) and Integrated Postgraduate Programs (IG) with multiple-exit options for the academic session 2025-2026.
These admissions are being conducted for all degree colleges across Jammu and Kashmir, including off-site campuses of the University of Jammu, as listed in Annexures A, B, and C (as per the notification). Over 50 major subjects are being offered, and the availability of subjects may vary from college to college.

📝 Documents Required for Registration:
All documents must be scanned clearly in PDF/JPG (Max 1MB):
- Class 12th Marks Card
- Class 10th Marks Card
- Recent Passport Size Photograph(s)
- Adhaar Number
- NTA – CUET Registration Number (if applicable)
- Domicile Certificate (if available)
- Category Certificate (if applicable)
⚠️ Incomplete or under-process category certificates will not be accepted.
💰 Registration Fee:
There will be no registration fee on the JK Admission Portal.
🧾 Key Notes:
- Students, regardless of CUET participation, must submit preferences for both CUET and Non-CUET colleges.
- Admission will be based either on CUET score or 10+2 merit, depending on college category.
- Aspirants may be shifted to other majors/colleges in case of low enrollment in selected majors.
