8113 Posts, Railway Recruitment 2024 Apply Online, Eligibility, Last Date
The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) have released the notification for Non-Technical Popular Category (NTPC) posts, starting the online application process for graduate-level vacancies. A total of 8,113 posts have been announced for various graduate positions. These include roles such as Chief Commercial cum Ticket Supervisor, Station Master, Goods Train Manager, Junior Account Assistant cum Typist, and Senior Clerk cum Typist. The application process for graduate posts will remain open from September 14 to October 13, 2024, with candidates required to apply through the official RRB website. Additionally, the fee payment window will be active until October 15, and there will be an application form correction window from October 16 to 25, 2024.
In addition to the graduate-level posts, RRB will also be accepting applications for undergraduate-level vacancies under the same notification (CEN 06/2024). These posts include positions such as Commercial cum Ticket Clerk, Accounts Clerk cum Typist, Junior Clerk cum Typist, and Trains Clerk. The total number of undergraduate-level posts is 3,445. The application process for these positions will begin on September 21 and will close on October 20, 2024. Candidates must ensure they meet the eligibility criteria before applying for either graduate or undergraduate-level posts.
The age limit for RRB NTPC 2024 candidates is set between 18 and 36 years as of January 1, 2025. However, there will be relaxations for candidates from reserved categories, including SC, ST, PwBD, and others, according to government regulations. The application fee is Rs 500 for general candidates, but for SC, ST, female, PwBD, Transgender, ex-servicemen, Minorities, and Economically Backward Class (EBC) candidates, the fee is reduced to Rs 250. A partial refund of the fee, after deducting bank charges, will be provided if candidates appear for the Computer-Based Test (CBT).

Railway Recruitment 2024 Age Limit
The age limit of the candidates should be between 18 to 36 years as on January 1, 2025. Relaxation in the upper age limit will be given to reserved category candidates.
Railway Recruitment 2024 Application Fee
The application fee for RRB NTPC 2024 is Rs 500. However, the SC, ST, female, PwBD, Transgender, ex-servicemen, Minorities and Economically Backward Class (EBC) candidates will need to pay an fee of only Rs 250.
Candidates will be eligible for partial refund of the application fee, after deduction of bank charges, if they appear for the computer-based test (CBT).
