Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir: PM Shri Kendriya Vidyalaya No. 2 Air Force Station Srinagar is advertising for part-time contractual teachers for the academic session 2024-25.
The positions available are for PGTs, TGTS, PRTs, Balvatika, Computer Instructor, Sports Coach, Special Educator, Counsellor and Data Entry Operator.
The tentative date for the walk-in interview is March 20, 2024. The application form can be downloaded from the Vidyalaya’s website: https://no2srinagar.kvs.ac.in/.
The filled form, copies of all the important certificates and the applicant’s AADHAR CARD must reach the Vidyalaya before March 5, 2024.

Eligibility criteria:
- To be eligible for the positions, candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in the relevant field and a teaching diploma.
- Candidates for the posts of PGT and TGT must have a post-graduate degree in the relevant field.
- Candidates for the post of Computer Instructor must have a bachelor‘s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Candidates for the post of Sports Coach must have a diploma in physical education or a related field.
- Candidates for the post of Special Educator must have a bachelor’s degree in special education or a related field.
- Candidates for the post of Counsellor must have a master’s degree in psychology or a related field.
- Candidates for the post of Data Entry Operator must have a computer literacy certificate.
Selection process:
The selection process will consist of a written test and an interview. The written test will be held on March 10, 2024. The interview will be held on March 20, 2024.
