Steps for NSP Registration 2023-244 through National Scholarship Portal

• Visit the official website of NSP 2.0: scholarships.gov.in

• Look for the “New Registration” tab available on the top menu, click on it.

• A new NSP registration form 2024 will appear on screen.

• After that, select the scholarship from the various schemes for which the candidate is eligible.

• Candidates asked to enter name, date of birth, mobile number, email ID, state of domicile, category, and bank details.

• Then, upload a copy of Bank Passbook in PDF or JPEG Format with size of 200KB and enter the captcha given on the right side.

• Click on register to submit the details at National Scholarship Portal 2.0 to get a unique application number.

After this, the candidate will receive the NSP student login details like application number and password on their registered mobile number.

Scholarship Name: Financial Assistance for Education of the Wards of LSDM Workers/Beedi/Cine/IOMC/ – Post-matric and Pre-matric.

Eligibility

• One of the parents of the student should be Beedi, Limestone & Dolomite Mines, Iron Ore Manganese & Chrome Ore Mines, Cine worker with at least six months service.

• Students should pass the previous exam in the first attempt.

• Correspondence course students are not eligible for the scholarship.

• The educational institutions of the student must be government-recognized or government institutes.

• If a student is availing any other scholarship from any source then they are not eligible for scholarship under this scheme.

Family Income

The family income should not exceed

• Rs.10,000/- per month for Beedi and Mineworkers.

• Rs.8,000/- per month or Rs.1,00,000/- for Cine workers.

National Scholarship Portal 2023-24 – Scholarships by Ministry of Tribal Affairs

Scholarship Name: National Fellowship and Scholarship for Higher Education of ST Students

Eligibility

• ST students who have passed their Post-Graduation exams and got admission in regular M.Phil/Ph.D. Courses fits the eligible criteria.

• Family Income Limit: Rs.6.0 lakh per annum.

Scholarship Amount-

• For M.Phil- Rs. 25000/- p.m.

• For Ph.D. – Rs. 28000/- p.m.

National Scholarship Portal 2023-24 – Scholarships by Department of Higher Education

Scholarship Scheme Name- Central Sector Scheme of Scholarships for College and University Students

Scholarship Amount-

• For UG Courses- Rs. 10000/- per annum.

• For PG Courses- Rs. 20000/- per annum.

Eligibility-

• Age Limit- 18-25 years.

• The attendance must be 80% or above in Class 12th and are eligible for this scheme for pursuing further studies.

• Family Income should not be less than Rs. 8 lakh per annum.

Scholarship Scheme Name: Prime Minister’s Scholarship Scheme For RPF/RPSF.
